Breathing new life into a continuing project.

Distography is coming up to it's 10th anniversary.

To commemorate this fact, I, OW Dawson will push this continuing work into a new realm by using the skills that I have learned over the past years.

I, as mentioned in my more personal blog, have not been firing on all cylinders. 10 years ago, when Distography was born, was one of the times I was at full tilt. Now, 10 years on, I find myself reaching for the heights again.

One way of moving this heavy work forward is an imagining of a Distography exhibition at the De La Warr Pavilion in Bexhill. Working with this in mind, I will resurrect old pieces and make a large number of new pieces to fit out this special space on the south coast.

(I must also apologise for the lack of activity here, the 'story behind the work series of photographs and writing will restart, or start, once the 10th anniversary work has begun to take hold.)
